Job Title: Call Center Representative

Brandcoven is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
- Meet and exceed performance targets, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and professional interactions with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely
