What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll connect virtually with individuals who have requested information about their insurance benefits. Your role is to educate clients, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Learn about each client's needs before recommending available benefit options
- Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each consultation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
