Position Overview
iRESTORE is seeking a Recruiter to build and lead our in-house recruiting function as we continue scaling across Growth, Product, Operations, and corporate teams. We're looking for someone with strong full-cycle recruiting experience, sharp talent judgment, and a clear understanding of how to turn business needs into focused search strategies and exceptional candidate experiences. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable partnering directly with leaders to define roles, identify exceptional talent, and move searches forward with urgency. This is a foundational hire and ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on recruiting while also building the processes, tools, and operating rhythm needed to support long-term growth. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and partners closely with hiring managers and leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of corporate, Growth, Product, and Operations roles, from intake through accepted offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, candidate profiles, interview plans, and clear evaluation criteria before launching each search.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against the experience, capabilities, motivations, and working style required for each role.
- Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback collection, references, offer preparation, and closing.
- Advise hiring managers throughout the process, bringing a strong point of view on talent quality, market conditions, compensation, and search strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and deliver a thoughtful, responsive experience at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting pipelines and ensure candidate activity, interview feedback, and next steps are documented in the ATS.
- Track recruiting performance across pipeline health, source quality, speed, conversion, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and adjust sourcing, assessment, or interview strategies to keep searches moving.
- Build and improve recruiting workflows, templates, scorecards, reporting, and hiring-manager resources as the function scales.
- Partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth handoff from accepted offer through preboarding and onboarding.
- Support employer-brand and talent-marketing efforts that strengthen how iRESTORE presents its opportunities, culture, and growth story.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors when additional support is needed.
- Use AI and automation to improve talent research, sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, documentation, reporting, and recruiting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth, consumer, e-commerce, or startup environment.
- Proven experience independently managing multiple searches across different functions and levels.
- Strong direct-sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent-research tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, candidate profiles, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Strong candidate-assessment skills and the judgment to distinguish between a good rsum and the right hire.
- Experience managing interviews, references, offers, and candidate closing with urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling outreach and represent the company credibly in the market.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with candidates, hiring managers, leaders, and external partners.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and fast-moving searches without losing follow-through.
- Comfortable using recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes.
- Experience working with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and other recruiting or productivity tools.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment.
- An AI-forward working style, with practical experience using AI to strengthen sourcing, outreach, research, reporting, or recruiting workflows.
